Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will give you total authority over your e-mailboxes and newsletters. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mailbox in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can forward electronic mail messages from one mailbox to another, set up e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your email accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited emails will find their way into your mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming e-mails based on certain rules defined by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and modify the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Simply specify the email box account you would like to redirect mails from, then select the destination e-mail box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the mail client of your preference to access your email boxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
